I heart Mod Podge. This is a necklace I made with decoupaged fabric this past summer. Hello, Hot Pink! But you can tone it down with cooler colored fabric, right? Here's a detailed tutorial for how to make this little gem. XOXO.

This custom made jewelry has got an artisanal feel to it. I'm actually reminded of those stunning Japanese silk kimonos. Feeling quirky now, so I'll make complementary customized bracelets with the same feel as this necklace. There goes my budget, but at least I'll feel fabulously girly.
